With over twenty years of experience across IT, cybersecurity, business strategy, and learning & development, I support organisations- from public sector entities to private enterprises and charities in building effective learning practices that drive tangible results.

I excel at connecting technology, people, and performance. My approach is grounded in practicality, customised to each organisation’s distinct needs, and geared toward measurable impact: empowered teams, refined skills, and improved business outcomes.

My professional interests include exploring how AI and emerging technologies can enhance training effectiveness, as well as investigating the intersection of learning design with human psychology, behaviour, and well-being to create more impactful development programmes.

Outside of work, I’m a dedicated martial arts practitioner, continually deepening my understanding of human psychology, behaviour, and well-being through both practice and study.
